Archaeologists tour of the Marathon Museum and the archaeological site of the Sanctuary of the Egyptian gods in Nea Makri, Attica, (site "Brexiza"), on Saturday, September 24

The Hellenic Society for the Study of Ancient Egypt invites you to a tour of the Marathon Museum and the archaeological site of the Sanctuary of the Egyptian gods in Nea Makri, Attica, (site "Brexiza"), on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 10:30 am.
The visit will be guided by the excavation director Iphigenia Dekoulakou and Ephorate of Eastern Attica archaeologists Pelli Fotiadi and Lamprini Siskou.
The tour will start from the Marathon museum at 10:30 and will continue in the unique site of the sanctuary.
This organized visit is part of the Society’s activities for 2016, aiming to bring the Athenian public closer to the ancient Egyptian civilization and its cultural influence on the area of Greece.
